Playing through with Roulette

Roulette is a wheel game with bets on a number, color, range, or other group of numbers. The most important choice comes before the first spin: which wheel you are playing.

Why use it for playthrough

Roulette is straightforward and can run on autoplay, but it is usually not the best-return choice when Blackjack or standard Baccarat is available. It remains useful when speed and a simple fixed pattern matter more than the best possible long-run rate.

Set it up for lower volatility

Choose a single-zero wheel, usually called European Roulette, rather than double- or triple-zero Roulette. Use a minimum workable bet on one outside option, red/black, odd/even, or 1-18/19-36, to reduce swings. These outside bets do not improve the normal wheel's house edge; they only make outcomes less extreme.

If a single-zero table offers la partage or en prison on outside bets, read the rules: those features can improve their treatment of zero. Avoid inside-number bets, side bets, and changing bets after a loss.

Expected retention

A normal single-zero wheel returns about 97.3% long term; a double-zero wheel returns about 94.7%. These figures are rule-specific, not a promise for a session.

Time and pace

Auto-Roulette can clear playthrough with little attention. Use 50 rounds as a practical starting point: in experience, some sites time out at higher counts. That is a site limitation, not a strategy. Recheck the displayed stake and round count before starting.

Use GC first if the wheel or controls are unfamiliar. Whether SC came from a bonus or discounted package, keep the stake low, use one outside bet on a single-zero wheel, and stop when the requirement is complete.
