SweepsOwl never touches your casino accounts. We're not interested in anything other than supercharging your sweepstakes hustle.

The SweepsOwl dashboard: the day's ready sites, work in progress, a balance nearing its deadline, and the next collection times.

SweepsOwl 01gets you through the daily claims, 02works out what to redeem, play through or rescue, and 03tells you which sites and games are actually worth it.

01Daily bonus collection, done your way

The same dashboard on a phone, showing the day's ready sites and the running balances.

Get notified when your bonuses are up, on your phone, by email, in the browser, or on Telegram. Pick whichever channel you won't miss.

Then, because everybody's got a system, you choose how to collect. Speed through them with the "Daily Run," open links in batches, or from the bookmarklet. Or, if you keep bookmarks or tabs with your sites open elsewhere, just check it off as done with one click.

02Redeem, play through, or log in before it's gone

Effortlessly stay on top of dozens of sites. Action cards let you know when your balances are big enough to play through, cash out, and much more.

Expiring balances get flagged early, with what the site requires: play to keep it, or play through and redeem. We'll even flag if your balance will expire before you can reach the minimum amount.

The board's action cards stacked in order: a balance that will fall short of its threshold, one that is ready to cash out, and a list of sites still needing play.

03What you get beyond the daily list

A list of tracked sites, each with its grade and its current balance.

120+ sites with vetted recommendations.

SweepsOwl applies both an overall rating ("Best," "good") and a difficulty grade ranging from 1-5 (1 is best) to help you decide what site to prioritize next. Ratings change when a site's terms do. We'll even warn you of untrustworthy sites.

But you're not limited to the sites we track. Add any site to your own portfolio, and it will behave like any other account. You'll only see sites available in your state or province.

A game entry showing the best-performing game at this site and the returns recorded on it.

Data-backed play-through recommendations for the best RTP.

SweepsOwl recommends the best-performing games to play at each site based on the observed returns of the entire player base. While everyone else is sharing tips, we use real data.

More crowd-sourced or self-reported features forthcoming, including: sales, net returns by casino, or redemption times.

A feed of current offers, filtered to the sites being tracked.

Freebies and sales, all in one place.

Stop checking Reddit or Discord for freebies every night: SweepsOwl knows the best freebies and discounts for your sites, aggregated from trusted sources around the web.

The import panel, where a spreadsheet of sites and an optional history are brought in.

Bring your spreadsheet: Easy to try, easy to move on.

Import what you already track as a CSV. Export your ledgers at any time with one click, in the same shape you brought it in.

If the app is not for you, you leave with your data and nothing's stranded behind a login. Either way, your data is yours.

Questions & Answers

Does this log into my accounts?

No. You update your own balances, by hand or by importing a spreadsheet. SweepsOwl never asks for a casino password and there's nowhere in the app to put one. Nothing you do here is visible to a site you play on.

What kinds of data do you collect, and how do you use my data?

The only personal data SweepsOwl collects is your name and email. None of it is sold or shared. Community features, like global wager performance, use anonymous totals that can't be traced back to you.

Why track wagers and unplayed balances? That's a lot of bookkeeping.

Two reasons: Workflow and performance. Most sites need you to play through your coins before you can redeem them. SweepsOwl keeps track of that for you. In addition, most of us really want to understand (and optimize) our returns from play-through. Keeping 85% vs 95%+ makes a huge difference, and not only in the long run. For what it's worth, wager logs also happen to be very useful records at tax time.

With that said, we're open to feedback about an optional mode with simple balances and no wagers.

Why not just use a spreadsheet?

Use one, if it works for you. I had one for months, but then I started to experience its limitations: Balances would expire because I missed their redemption deadlines. I'd miss daily collection times and lose 2-3 complete daily yields per month. My spreadsheet became really long, which meant slow load times and a lot of scrolling. And I was constantly having to review the dozens of sites on my roster to see what needed attention. The spreadsheet not only added a lot of friction, its limitations ended up costing me real money. SweepsOwl was created because I wanted something better.

But spreadsheets can also be really practical, hands down! A good spreadsheet is a really convenient quick reference. SweepsOwl recognizes this and is trying to be even more convenient. It rebalances your unplayed and redeemable balances, calculates a purchase ROI, wager RTP, and tells you which game is best at any given site. It's also why there are currently no fewer than 3 different ways to claim your daily bonuses, including "Mark as collected" if you don't need help opening your sites.

Please be in touch if you find yourself missing any part of your spreadsheet!

I already use another tracker. Why should I consider SweepsOwl?

There are several handy free tools out there, but most come with serious limitations. For starters, they're usually not very streamlined. They don't try to get out of your way, they don't send mobile push notifications, they're generally not optimized to manage 40+ sites. SweepsOwl is, and it's designed to make it all effortless (and get your daily bonuses fast). Many of them also only support a limited number of sites. Most don't give state-specific recommendations. And they definitely don't remind you about expiring coins.

Choose SweepsOwl for actionable daily guidance, lots of supported notification channels, data-backed play-through recommendations, powerful ledgers, and easy import/export. New features land regularly, and the app is worked on every week.

Is it going to stay free?

SweepsOwl is free while it's in open beta. It may not stay free forever because, much like you, I have a family to feed. But that won't happen until the tool provides so much extra value that paying a small sum will be a very easy decision.

If and when that day comes, the people who were here during the beta will be treated fairly, and preferentially. You'll hear about it well in advance.
P.S.: Submitting actionable feedback could really pay off... ;-)

Is this legal where I live?

Age and location checks are part of signing up, and anywhere unsupported gets blocked rather than waved through. SweepsOwl isn't available in California, New York or Quebec. We also hold sign-ups in any state where none of the casinos we recommend are currently available. Today that is Washington, and the hold lifts as soon as one of them opens there.

Does it use AI?

Not at the moment.

Start with the sites you already run (or start fresh, and import your sites later!)

SweepsOwl never touches your casino accounts. No automated logins, no automated collection, no scraping.
