What this is

SweepsOwl is a personal tracking tool for sweepstakes-style social casino play, currently offered free during a public beta by an individual developer. It is not a casino, does not process real-money gambling transactions, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any casino or sweepstakes operator referenced or linked in the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where the app is currently available: most U.S. states and Canadian provinces (see the region list at sign-up; California, New York, and Quebec are excluded for now, as is any state where no casino we recommend is currently available to open). You're responsible for verifying that both SweepsOwl and any casino you track are legal to use where you live, and for following each casino's own terms.

SweepsOwl is an organizational tool, not legal or financial advice. It does not guarantee profit or replace casino terms, state restrictions, or your responsibility to verify eligibility.

Your data

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; SweepsOwl only reflects it back to you. See the Privacy Policy for how it's handled.

A beta-stage service

SweepsOwl is provided free, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Features, availability, and this free pricing may change, and the operator may suspend, limit, or discontinue the service — for your account specifically or altogether — at any time, including for misuse, abuse, or ineligibility, with or without notice.

Third-party links

Casino links in the app point to independently operated third-party sites the operator doesn't control and isn't responsible for. Some "Sign up" buttons open a referral link, and the operator may receive a bonus from the casino if you create an account through one. That is disclosed directly beside each such button. A referral link doesn't change the casino's own terms, offer, or your standing with it, and the operator remains unaffiliated with, and not an agent of, any casino it links to.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for losses arising from your use of SweepsOwl or any casino you track through it, including inaccurate tracking data, missed collection windows, or expired balances.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
