What SweepsOwl collects

• Account identity — your name and email from Google Sign-In. SweepsOwl never sees your Google password.
• The data you enter — casino names, balances, transactions, wagers, and notes you type in yourself.
• Optional integrations you turn on — a Telegram bot token/chat ID if you set up Telegram reminders (stored encrypted, used only to send your own reminders).
• Technical data — server logs and error reports, tagged with an internal account id only, never your email or casino data.
• Usage analytics — which pages you open, when, the page you arrived from, and a coarse device type (phone, tablet or computer), plus a small number of server-generated events — for example which sign-in method you used, and whether an account was new. This goes to PostHog, a product analytics tool, tied to an internal account id only. Never your email, and never casino names, balances or amounts — see "What SweepsOwl doesn't do" below. You can switch this off for your browser in Settings, or under "Cookies and analytics" below.

What SweepsOwl doesn't do

• No selling or renting personal data.
• No ad trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind. The PostHog snippet described above runs on SweepsOwl's own pages and reports only on them; it is not an advertising network, it is not shared with one, and it cannot see anything you do on other sites.
• No recording of your screen, and no capture of what is on the page. Session replay and click-content capture are both switched off in the code, deliberately, because the things on these pages are your casino names and balances. PostHog is told the address of the page you opened, not what it contained.
• No access to your actual casino accounts or money — only what you manually enter.
• No sharing of anything you track with a casino. Nothing you enter here is sent to the casinos themselves, referral link or not (see below).

Referral links

Some "Sign up" buttons open a referral link, and SweepsOwl may receive a bonus if you create an account through one. Wherever that is the case it is said plainly beside the button itself, not only on this page. The link carries no personal data: it identifies SweepsOwl to the casino, nothing about you. Casinos with no referral programme have a plain sign-up link and carry no such note.

How your data may be used

If you track a casino that isn't yet in SweepsOwl's shared reference list, casino facts you enter for it — its name, whether it has a website — may be added to that shared list for every user's benefit. Your personal balances, transactions, and activity are never shared this way; only the casino's own public facts.

SweepsOwl may also combine what users record — gameplay, and transactions such as a payout you requested and the day it arrived — to power features shown to everyone, like community game insights, how quickly a casino tends to pay out, casino recommendations, or sales/freebie signals. Community statistics may be based on one or more contributors. SweepsOwl never displays contributor identities, notes, or individual wager or transaction records — only aggregated figures such as a game's observed return or a typical payout time.

Where it's stored

Your data lives in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase; the app itself runs on Google Cloud Run. Both are infrastructure providers processing data on SweepsOwl's behalf, not separate parties who receive or buy it. Usage analytics (above) are sent to PostHog on the same basis. PostHog's servers are in the United States.

Cookies and analytics

Two things are stored in your browser. One login session cookie, set to httpOnly so page scripts can't read it. And PostHog's own analytics cookies, which let it tell one visit from the next so a page view can be counted once rather than twice.

There are no advertising cookies, and nothing here is shared with an ad network. If you would rather not be counted at all, switch analytics off below — the rest of SweepsOwl works exactly the same either way. The same switch is in Settings once you are signed in.

Email

SweepsOwl emails you about your own account and your casinos — coins at risk, a bonus ready to collect — and occasionally about the product itself, such as a new feature. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and Settings has a switch for each kind of message and each channel, so you can stop one without stopping the rest. Your email address is never sold, rented, or shared.

Your controls

Settings has CSV export for your casino list, transactions, and wagers, and a "Delete account" action that immediately and permanently erases your account and all associated data. This can't be undone and doesn't affect your Google account.
